Traffic on El Camino Real turning left on Bay Area BLVD toward Galveston Rd never gets a green light. I just waited 25 minutes due to the left turn lane only getting a flashing yellow for about 5-7 seconds. During that time you rarely have any time to turn due to oncoming traffic. If you want to verify, go anytime during the week and watch this traffic light from 4:30-6:00pm. The traffic is so backed up no one can even enter the street. There is definitely something wrong with this light, no other direction of traffic at this intersection is waiting so an extension of the traffic light sign in this direction would cause no issues.
